Consulting firm McAulay recently makes use of a new office space in the fully refurbished office building EDGE Olympic at the Cuserpark in Newcastle. The interior design and office fit out was done by Amos Beech. Amos Beech interior design Newcastle has  been working in the Newcastle area for a number of years now and is slowly expanding it’s local activities.

McAulay is active in search, advice and interim-solutions for business and the public sector. McAulay employs around forty advisors and beliefs that people are the most important asset of an Organisation. Obviously this has been one of tthe core valueas of Amos Beech as well, who has  been promoting the power a stimulating pleasant workplace consistently over the years. 

The Newcastle interiors company has given hands and feet to the brief of the customer by analysing the Organisation, to advise on flexible working with the corresponding square meters needed. he office designer eventtually came up with an office concept where all facilities are suppored and perfectly matches the wishes and innovative vision of McAulay.

The core of the building is a digital infrastructure, which connects everything and everyone. Through a smartphone app, users can control lighting, temperature and humidity, but also quickly check where their colleagues are, check capacity and space utilisation, book meeting rooms, etc.

The Offices of McAulay within the EDGE building includes about 750 square meters and is very efficient. The majority of support functions are available in the public part of the EDGE Olympic site. Think of lunch, additional meeting and presentation rooms, informal consultation, coffee corners and break-out areas. This gives a substantial savings in square meters. The result is an inspiring environment with many types of flexible workplaces.
